Foreign manufacturers and exporters must designate a U.S. Agent such as ITB HOLDINGS LLC, for purposes of communication between the companies and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA). Why would you use or hire a family member just to save a few dollars in service fees?
